| Description: | ACA (487KB) is a program for the design and calibration of broad-crested weirs, the selection and calibration of 23 standard Parshall flume sizes, and 24 standard Cutthroat flume sizes. The 32-bit program runs under Windows® 95/98/NT. The program interface is available in three languages: English, Spanish, and Portuguese. The user simply selects the language from the General Options, and all menus, windows, and information changes to that language instantly. The language selection is then saved in the Windows® registry so that ACA will always begin in the chosen language, until it is explicitly changed by the user.
A three-dimensional view of the flow measurement structure is shown in a panel of the main window, and the user can rotate the view along three different axes with the mouse. A complete on-screen help file is available (in the current version, the help is only in the Spanish language).
