predict the performance of beef animals grazing forages. GRAZE is composed of three major submodels involving forages, beef animals, and the forage-animal selective grazing interface. At
the beginning of a simulated day, GRAZE computes the forage that will be grown over the next 24 hours as influenced by temperature, rainfall, soil nutrients, soil moisture availability and the existing growth status of the plant. |
